StashHosting is a managed hosting service for the Stash application. We handle all the technical setup, server maintenance, updates, and backups so you can focus on enjoying your collection without any technical hassle.

Do I need technical knowledge to use StashHosting?

No. That's the whole point. We handle the server setup, configuration, updates, and maintenance. You just use Stash through your web browser like any other website.

How much storage do I get?

We offer plans starting from 50GB (free) up to 9TB. You can upgrade your storage at any time as your collection grows. Check our pricing section for current plan options.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Each customer gets their own isolated Stash instance. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by you. We use encryption for data in transit and implement industry-standard security practices.

Can I import my existing Stash database?

Yes. If you're already running Stash locally, we can help you migrate your existing database and configuration to our hosted service.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export your Stash database and download your files before cancellation. We provide tools to make this process straightforward. Your data is yours.

Is StashHosting affiliated with the Stash project?

No. StashHosting is an independent hosting service. Stash is open-source software under the AGPL-3.0 license, and we simply provide a convenient way to run it.
